Just wanted to let everyone know that we are currently unable to take any new bookings after one of our lock ups was broken into and thousands of pounds worth of stock was stolen. We are still trying to assess exactly what has been taken, so for now we have had to pause all new enquiries and bookings.

For anyone who already has a booking with us please don’t worry, your booking will still go ahead as planned. I would never let anyone down.

One thing I’m truly grateful for in the balloon industry is the amazing support from other businesses who are always willing to help each other when times get tough. Your kindness means more than you know.

This has been a huge loss for me personally and emotionally, especially as I work so hard to provide for my children as a single parent. I’ll be taking a few days away from responding to messages while I deal with everything.
