Bec and RIcky had the most perfect day at Roman Lakes in Marple. Becky Joy x x

The venue was perfect for them- natural, relaxed and kind.

And the sun SHONE🌞

A day full of friends and family.
A celebrant led wedding. Nothing off the peg.

Handfasting and a beautiful designed copy of their vows and a poem read by their bridesmaid.

And there were loads of kids - so well behaved it was almost freaky!

I am so lucky to be able to meet these wonderful people on their big day and to be able to create a wedding for them to cherish.
It is the best job in the world.

What is the best thing is to be able to focus with them on their relationship, their lives.

Away from all the planning and logistics and getting to back you.

Bec and Ricky - hope you get nothing but joy reading it all back.

This wedding yesterday was a dream. and . This wedding was the dream couple. Thank you to for putting these on so fast so we can indulge in the joy of the moment. I met Claire and Phil two years ago at a wedding fair. They had so many plans for their wedding and it was so obvious from the start how much they loved their families. Planning with them, talking with them about what they love about each other and all the small things that they do for each other that make a marriage. Well that was a joy, Phil and Claire put so much energy into planning a day that would give everyone an amazing time. Two such kind people. You will have a lovely life together. Thank you for having me as your celebrant ❤️

As a wedding celebrant I get to work with amazing people. Like Emma- she is a carer. She gets my discount because look at the job she does, day in, day out. And Simon who does everything he can to create a future for his family. A couple so committed to each other and they LOVE their family. It was an honour to be your wedding celebrant. Throughout the process of unpicking everything that they admire and respect and love about each other it was an easy ceremony to write. It was funny because they are. It had heart because they do. I hope you get nothing but joy reading it all back in years to come. ❤️ celebrate life as much as you can.
