Thank you for all the love on my last post! I’ve read every single comment and your kind words and positive feedback really do mean the world 💚 thank you also to everyone who has left a Google review, I appreciate you all 💐

I’ve been able to source some amazing special offers from my suppliers this week and as a thank you, I will be passing these on to my customers! We have in the shop

We also have all the usuals and lots of freshly made bouquets daily 💐

In just over 12 months of running my shop, I have had one bad review that has had quite a negative impact on my business this week.
It was, quite rightly, pointed out to me that people are entitled to their opinions and can post these wherever they like and I fully accept and appreciate this, however when such a review shows a photo that doesn’t reflect anything like what was actually delivered this is really upsetting and disheartening.

I wholeheartedly pride myself on quality and value for money and will always try and put anything right when a customer is unhappy. All I ask is to please give me a call or come and see me and I will do my very best, but I do hope these occasions are few and far between.
The majority of feedback I do get is positive and it means the world to me to get this.

I saw a quote today “every customer is a reminder that someone believes in you” and this really resonates with me, however the one unhappy customer is likely to tell everyone and the happy customer will only tell a few 😔
I am a small independent business just trying to make a living for my little family, doing what I love and am so passionate about and reviews like this can be detrimental in an already difficult climate for us independents, as I have found this week.

We have fresh stocked arrived direct from Holland this week! All been made into bouquets for you to grab and go 💚

Sometimes a customer can walk through your door and not know the impact their words can have. This morning the loveliest lady brought me these as a thank you and I swallowed back a few tears of pride and wholesomeness 💚

I always put 110% into every arrangement I create and for people to appreciate this and bring cards and gifts is truly humbling 💐

I’m back from holiday, refreshed and raring to get back to doing what I love!

With a fresh mind, comes some much needed change. These changes will hopefully bring a more seamless service, more efficiency and most importantly, for you, the customer, more choice.
You will see less ‘loose’ flowers in the front of the shop and more ready made bouquets to walk in and select from. There will be ready made bouquets in varying price ranges. You will always still have the option to choose a bespoke arrangement.

As a flower shop, we don’t operate with set prices as prices are always changing at the flower auctions, however you may see some slight price increases and this is due to increases in overheads. I have tried to soak this cost up as much as possible but I am now having to pass this on, ultimately, to save the shop and my business. Please know I am a realist and I understand that what I sell is a luxury and we are living in a very financially challenging environment. I wholeheartedly appreciate every single customer that supports me and I will always pride myself on quality and aiming to provide good value for money.
