We love catering weddings and playing a part in a couples special day. A couple of weeks ago we helped Matt & Olivia celebrate at The Hidden Barn at 94 in . A lovely couple and a delightful venue.

Matt & Olivia fancied an Italian menu so we served 3 different bruschetta as canapes, antipasti sharing platters for starters, and pistachio crusted chicken breast with lemon and garlic roast potatoes, green bean bouquets and roast cherry tomatoes with a rocket, pear and pine nut salad. We also served a BBQ in the evening.

A cold buffet for 45 this weekend for a 50th birthday. We did:

Sausage rolls
Lamb keema pasties
Cheese & biscuits
Hummus & crudites
Antipasti skewers
Couscous with feta, roast pepper & basil
Smoked mackerel pate
