Today we catered for a very special birthday party, some children's nibbles and "snacky" table for adults.
It was pleasure to do and I hope the little birthday people had the best day.

Last weekend saw my wee company catering for an amazing group of very talented and friendly musicians.

A vegan and vegetarian simple menu to keep bellies full and happy while playing over 2 days.

The menus consisted of 4 different soups and 8 different sandwich or wrap fillings over the 2 days.

Was also an absolute pleasure to be back in kinlochard village hall.

Yesterday once again we were working alongside our friends from Coull Beans Coffee Trailer . It was great to be at the gravelfoyle 10 and see lots of familiar faces from Gravelfoyle Events .

On the 2nd March, we kicked off the 2026 season with this small vegetarian lunch for our repeted customer , the great Dirt Divas. I always enjoy making food for the ladies, warm soup which makes them feel nice and cosy after the hard ride they do on the day and sandwiches just to refil the energy.
Always trying to go healthy but tasty.

Our season is just about to kick off next weekend and calendar is filling up so fast.
To slow the pase of time passing and to enjoy last bits of the winter cosiness I have made this venison gulas, slowly cooked for 2 hours with all the spices and flavours.
Another one of my favourite meals.
This one will be served with home made sourdough bread or czech dumplings.

2025 saw my little company make huge leaps.
We manage 4 different weekends with multiple events, catered 2 weddings, had some awesome times doing BBQs and also ran my own "Make your own pasta seminar.
Thank you to everybody from customers who hired us for events, our suppliers, our regular clients, my family and also all of my wonderful staff.

Thank you everyone and I hope you all have a very prosperous and happy 2026.
