Cant believe this has already been nearly 2 weeks since we done our friends wedding bbq.
I had to step back a little bit due to few reasons, but one of them being that we were also guests at the wedding.
The request was simple but plenty.
We got lovely burgers and posh dogs from Denholm’s Elite Meat as well as beautiful steak mince for our kebabs and chilli.
Bbq was accompanied with mac and cheese and lots of salads and sauces.
We finished the afternoon with an amazing smores.
What a lovely day and a beautiful venue.

Oh and I cought the bouquet 💐:)

Yesterday we catered at a stunning location of Lochside House in Stronachlachar for a group of loveliest and funniest people.
They requested dinner to slide in alongside with their game of Traitors.
We served them light fingerfood starters with prosseco and beers.
Followed by a buffet main and light desert.
After the game they could relax and discuss the events of the evening over a nice a simple cheese board.
It was nice and relaxed evening thanks for our team who were a massive help.

Yesterday we catered for a very special family 70th birthday at this lovely venue.
This light lunch was just a tiny piece of what was planned for the day by Anne, but important to keep everyone going.
The theme for lunch was the memory lane, so we wanted it quirky and nostalgic for everyone.I think this fit perfectly to Govan and ocasion and we got away with serving jam sandwiches and cheese hedgehogs :) it put a smile on few faces, just like the tiny candy bar.
I had an amazing team of helpers I would like to thank.
Its always that little bit more special when its family you serving food for.

Today we catered for a very special birthday party, some children's nibbles and "snacky" table for adults.
It was pleasure to do and I hope the little birthday people had the best day.

Yesterday saw me and my team cater for Shoshin Taiko Dojo and their Scottish taiko festival at the beautiful Gartmore village hall

Always a fun event and this year had its usual mix of Scottish and Japanese fushion.
