🖤🚐 THE ROADS WE TRAVEL ALMOST EVERY DAY…
Narrow roads, challenging bends and, sometimes, even an hour’s journey to reach your village. Then, after serving you, the journey home in the dark. 🌙
We do it happily, because your smiles and warm welcome make every mile special. ❤️
But there is one thing we want to make clear:
OTHER PEOPLE’S WORK MUST BE RESPECTED. 🤝
Behind every local chippy are people, families, years of hard work and sacrifice. Their work deserves the same respect as ours.
Before starting this adventure, Giuliana and I made ourselves a promise: to build our business while respecting the businesses already serving their communities.
That’s why we visit villages where there is no local chippy. Where there is one, we only visit on its day off.
This is a firm principle we have chosen to follow from the very beginning.
To everyone who asks us, “Why don’t you come to our community?”, now you know why. We appreciate every invitation, but respecting other people’s work comes first.
And to our fellow chip van owners, or anyone thinking of starting: this is the example we hope you will follow. Work hard, serve your customers well and respect the work of others. Success means so much more when it is achieved fairly. ❤️
