So i close my eyes to old ends and open my heart to new beginnings and after nearly a decade working in the wedding industry the Bespoke journey comes to an end.
Having looked after 897 couples since our doors opened in 2014 it has been an honour to be part of so many wondrful, inspiring and genuinly amazing couples and their family and friends over the years. We didnt always get every wedding right but i can promise we did pour our heart, soul and occasioanlly a limb or two into trying.
To our industry friends from photographers, to venues, to florists and everyone else in between. WOW you continue to inspire and amaze everytime i see a new post pop up. The last three years have had our industry on its knees and in the process we have lost, sacrificed and seen our selfs at breaking point both phsically and mentally and yet each and everyone of you continued to get up, fight and deliver your magic even when behind the scenes tears, worry and exhaustion consumed us all.
To my team, both old, current & extended (Daisy Fays / Elephant Events) Thank you. You all played an incredible part in the Bespoke journey truly helping to make it as special as it was. There were tears, tantrums (mostly mine) and so much laughter and stories to last a life time. To Danni and Grant thank you, this past year you have both been nothing but inspirational to work alongside. You put so much joy into that kitchen and i will alway be indebted to you both for getting me through this last year.
Its been one hell of a ride and despite the rollercoaster of the last three years i am so increibly proud of what we have achived over the last 9 years. The memories, the laughter, the tears, the friendships, the celebrations, the breakdowns, they will all hold a special place in my heart as we close this chapter of our lives and move on to writting a new story and i can only trust this next chapter because i know the author.
