For more than 160 years, The BEN has provided financial, emotional and practical support to people working in hospitality and the licensed trade across Scotland. From emergency grants and mental health support to helping with household bills, rehabilitation equipment and subsidised housing, their work makes a real difference to those facing difficult times.

Hospitality can be an incredibly rewarding industry, but it can also be demanding and unpredictable. Organisations like The BEN ensure that the people who dedicate their lives to this sector never have to face hardship alone.
