Sorry been a little quiet again!
But today’s creation.. carrot cake!!! 😋 with a simple cream cheese frosting and walnuts to decorate.
This cake has grated carrot and walnuts inside but can cater for any needs e.g. no nuts.

Chocolate cookies before icing. Unfortunately I didn’t get chance to take a picture of them iced! so they look a bit odd!! But I just wanted to show you what I can make for you all. (Sorry about the bottom right tool, my son decided he wanted to help!!)
