Loading in earlier for a week long Conference event with NHS England!

Summer conference with the Roche CEO making a speech mixed with an awards ceremony, vibrant live music and GREAT BBQ/Drinks afterwards was what this event was all about!

Hosted at the stunning Knebworth Barns which really set the scene for the perfect corporate summer event!

The Aston Media Live team provided PA System, wireless mics, 86inch screen, lighting, filming services, presentation support, the power generator and background music throughout!

We managed to quickly make a AV set up video whilst setting up too! :-)

Event prep at Knebworth Barns!

The Aston Media Live Team, Martin, Tom and Ben provided AV Hire and Production inside the remarkable Hatfield House for a wonderful event as part of the Hatfield Park Lecture Series. A panel of expert historians uncovered the secrets behind the infamous Gunpowder Plot of 1605.

Aston Media provided the PA Sound System, wireless mics, x3 Commercial Display Screens, Stage/Exhibition area lighting and presenter support throughout! As proud AV suppliers to Hatfield Park it was a pleasure to support Chris and the lovely team!

The Aston Media team (Tom and Martin) proudly helped providing AV support at a Funeral service; including a PA System (indoor and outdoors), Event Filming and Live Streaming. The gatherers came in high numbers to the Cambridgeshire church; so a PA system was also set up outside so the crowds could listen in to the service happening in the church too.

It was a pleasure to support the Ocado Group conference event. A mix of guest speakers and internal team building activities during the sessions. The Aston Media Live team provided AV hire and support including Screen Hire, Vison mixing, Presenter support and the PA System with wireless mics for the event. As proud AV suppliers at Brocket Hall, it was great to work alongside Lee, Sarah and the team!

The Aston Live Team were out earlier this month AV supporting the Senior Leadership Forum for the NHS. Our AV production included staging, a 4m x 7m stageset, projection, presentation support, sound and lighting. As ever it was a pleasure to support the event and assist the NHS!

The Aston Media Live team were out supporting launch events for the lovely people of Green Brook recently. The team set off early to ensure the AV systems were delivered, installed and operated. This included Sound PA system, Vision mixing, Large commercial display screens and Powerpoint support for the presenters. Angie, Louise, Paul and team were AMAZING too at the venue as ever! Big thanks to Mark at MKFsounds for his tech support and beats!
