Stanhope Show Stanhope Show. Always the second weekend in September. A wonderful family day out. The Annual Stanhope Show is County Durham’s premier agricultural show.

A traditional Dales agricultural show where visitors can browse a wonderful display of the finest livestock, produce and crafts that the Durham Dales have to offer. The show is held on the second weekend in September in the picturesque surrounds of Unthank Park, Stanhope

Stanhope Show is a wonderful day out for the entire family. There are many attractions, competitions and exhibitions for both c

hildren and adults. In addition to this there are entertaining show events which change each year, please see the show programme to see what we have booked for this year.

Who loves a Llama?! We are so excited to bring Stony Pasture's gorgeous llamas to Stanhope Show this year!

Show visitors can learn all about these wonderful animals and are able to gently walk them around a quiet area of the showground.

We can't wait to welcome the team to Stanhope Show and you can see them both show days:

This year we are launching our "Taste of the Dales" food marquee and are looking to bring some of the best of our region's producers to Stanhope Show

Applications are going well but we would love to bring suppliers of the following to the (really!) appreciative audience at Stanhope Show.

And if you want to see some beautiful donkeys close up....Stanhope Show Donkey classes are being held on show Saturday....the 12th September.

From landscapes and wildlife to creative shots and local scenes, there’s a wide range of classes to suit every style and skill level. Your photos will be proudly displayed in the Ridley Suite across show weekend – a fantastic chance to share your work with hundreds of visitors.
