✨ 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲’𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 & 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 | 30 Euston Square by Searcys ✨

A big welcome to Lily Smith, our newest Conference Executive, who’s already hit the ground running 👏

At Trinity, venue knowledge is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we ensure every new team member is immersed from day one, and Lily kicked things off with a full day of London site visits. You can read more about her experience here 👉 https://www.linkedin.com/posts/lily-smith-775670245_kicked-off-my-first-day-of-site-visits-this-activity-7430564217033969664-lxB4

For this month’s Tried & Tested, we asked Lily to choose a standout venue, and she didn’t disappoint.

📍 30 Euston Square
“Favourite rooms would be the State Rooms and Terrace at the top—versatile, bright, and filled with natural light (always high on client wish lists!). The space felt incredibly airy and spacious.

The terrace is a real highlight, especially for summer, and it’s rare to find one of this size in London. I also loved the layout, with separate areas for the terrace, main meeting room, and a foyer, perfect for breaking up the flow of events or hosting a drinks reception.”

A fantastic first feature, Lily - we can’t wait to see more of your Tried & Tested picks 👀

There’s no substitute for first-hand venue knowledge when it comes to recommending the right space for a client’s event.

This week we welcomed Center Parcs Conferences & Events for a fantastic product knowledge session with the team, giving us a deeper insight into the meeting and event spaces at Sherwood Forest and Woburn Forest.

Sessions like this are invaluable. They help our team move beyond the brochure and really understand the nuances of each venue so we can confidently match the right environment to the right brief.

Here are a few of the highlights we took away:

🌿 Sherwood Forest
• Underwent a £4.5 million refurbishment two years ago
• Ideal for DDR and day meetings
• Features two fantastic private terrace spaces attached to the meeting rooms
• The New Forest Courtyard can host up to 250 guests, perfect for summer events
• Around 150 team building activities available onsite
• Unique experiences such as the new Treetop Glider, where guests glide above the trees and lakes
• Even the House of Pancakes can be privatised for events

🌿 Woburn Forest
• Best suited to residential meetings and conferences
• Designed so meeting spaces are fully private and separate from the leisure areas
• Can accommodate up to 600 delegates

Across both villages, the team loved the design-led spaces, with natural daylight and warm wood materials creating something far more inspiring than the typical blank canvas meeting room.

With multiple F&B outlets, flexible event spaces and capacity for large conferences, both locations offer incredible versatility depending on the brief.

A huge thank you to Cat for sharing her expertise. Keeping our venue knowledge fresh ensures we can give our clients well-informed recommendations that truly enhance their events.

Congratulations once again to Abigail Crockett on being recognised as part of the Conference News 30underThirty Class of 2026 👏

Abi attended the official awards ceremony at International Confex yesterday, accompanied by Emma Pridmore, to collect this well-deserved recognition.

We couldn’t be prouder of her achievement 💚

Keep an eye out in the coming weeks for our feature on Abi’s journey so far – and what she’s aiming to accomplish over the next 12 months.

Last month we held our Annual Conference at the beautiful Down Hall Hotel & Spa . Aside from celebrating our successes of 2025 and looking ahead to 2026, we took the time to look around the stunning grounds of what Down Hall has to offer.

A particular stand out was the The Woodland Table. An immersive outdoor dining experience in the heart of nature; This is not just a meal, it’s an experience, situated in one of Essex’s most beautiful and unexpected outdoor settings.

In venue finding, every brief is the start of something new.

🤝 A new partnership.
🌍 A new destination.
🤩 A new experience for your delegates.

Just as the Lunar New Year is rooted in careful preparation and intention, impactful events begin with strong foundations... the right location, the right space, and the right expertise guiding the process.

Whether you're planning an international conference, a leadership retreat or a high-profile corporate event, the venue sets the tone for everything that follows.

As we step into a new chapter, perhaps it’s time to explore...

📍A new region
🏩 A new venue style
🗣️ A new way to bring teams together

Here’s to a year of smart sourcing and events that deliver real business impact.

Happy Lunar New Year from Trinity 🎉

The part of venue finding most people never see.

🏨 27 venue options reviewed
🤝 14 rate negotiations
📑 6 contract amendments
♻️ 3 sustainability assessments
🎯 1 event delivered exactly as it should be

Venue finding isn’t just about sending over a shortlist. It’s about making sure the numbers stack up, the contract works in your favour and there are no unwelcome surprises later on.

That’s the difference between transactional support and strategic partnership.
