“Favourite rooms would be the State Rooms and Terrace at the top—versatile, bright, and filled with natural light (always high on client wish lists!). The space felt incredibly airy and spacious.

The terrace is a real highlight, especially for summer, and it’s rare to find one of this size in London. I also loved the layout, with separate areas for the terrace, main meeting room, and a foyer, perfect for breaking up the flow of events or hosting a drinks reception.”

There’s no substitute for first-hand venue knowledge when it comes to recommending the right space for a client’s event.

This week we welcomed Center Parcs Conferences & Events for a fantastic product knowledge session with the team, giving us a deeper insight into the meeting and event spaces at Sherwood Forest and Woburn Forest.

Sessions like this are invaluable. They help our team move beyond the brochure and really understand the nuances of each venue so we can confidently match the right environment to the right brief.

Here are a few of the highlights we took away:

🌿 Sherwood Forest
• Underwent a £4.5 million refurbishment two years ago
• Ideal for DDR and day meetings
• Features two fantastic private terrace spaces attached to the meeting rooms
• The New Forest Courtyard can host up to 250 guests, perfect for summer events
• Around 150 team building activities available onsite
• Unique experiences such as the new Treetop Glider, where guests glide above the trees and lakes
• Even the House of Pancakes can be privatised for events

🌿 Woburn Forest
• Best suited to residential meetings and conferences
• Designed so meeting spaces are fully private and separate from the leisure areas
• Can accommodate up to 600 delegates

Across both villages, the team loved the design-led spaces, with natural daylight and warm wood materials creating something far more inspiring than the typical blank canvas meeting room.

With multiple F&B outlets, flexible event spaces and capacity for large conferences, both locations offer incredible versatility depending on the brief.
