What a beautiful day celebrating love at Karmacations in Buckland Newton 💍🌿

On Saturday 25th April 2026 we had the absolute pleasure of catering a wonderful wedding for 90 guests, delivering a full day of food, drinks and service from afternoon through to late evening.

🥂 Welcome Drinks in the Meadow
Guests were welcomed into the meadow with freshly squeezed orange juice and Bucks Fizz, served and topped up as everyone arrived and explored the gardens before the ceremony.

🫖 Afternoon Tea Picnic Boxes
After the “I do’s”, guests enjoyed relaxed homemade afternoon tea boxes filled with:
A selection of finger sandwiches
Mini quiche, sausage rolls & cheese and onion rolls
Scotch eggs
Scones with jam & cream

We also created themed children’s boxes so every guest could enjoy the experience.

🍔 Evening Build-A-Burger
As the celebrations continued, our evening BBQ fired up with:
80 premium beef burgers with gluten free, vegan & veggie options cooked to order
Emmental cheese, fried onions, gherkins & local relishes
Fresh salads including Moroccan couscous and new potato salad
Local rolls from Taylors of Bruton, bamboo plates & friendly service

🍹 Bar & Full-Day Service
Our team kept the celebrations flowing with a fully stocked bar from afternoon until late evening, tea & coffee, full setup the day before, and a dedicated team on site all day to keep everything running smoothly.

From humble beginnings to full-scale catering magic ✨

It all started with our team crafting proper, generously filled sandwiches for our supermarket — the kind you actually look forward to eating. 🥪 From there, things grew… pizzas 🍕, fresh coleslaw, vibrant salad bowls 🥗 — and before we knew it, people started asking:

“Can you cater for our event?”

Well… the answer was YES.

Fast forward to today and we’re proud to offer full buffet catering for weddings, birthdays, wakes, and office lunches — bringing the same care, quality, and flavour to every table.

And it doesn’t stop there… you can even have us run the bar at your event too! 🍸— with free glass hire and sale or return on any unused drinks, making it completely hassle-free.
