🤵‍♀️👰Mehendi night for a beautiful bride In Shepperton, UK.

Super hot in London and so they wanted food late evening, something thats not very oily or heavy but a wholesome meal.

We gave them these dishes for £15 per person.

🌱Veg options : Aloo tikki burger, aloo chana papdi chaat and Veg biryani with raita

🍗For meat lovers: Chicken burger, pepper chicken tangdi and boneless chicken biryani with raita.

They all enjoyed the food and drinks with lots of henna Mehendi and dance 💃

When one of our lovely clients told us her child was heading off on a Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) school excursion, we knew exactly what to make: wholesome, homemade Methi Parathe. 🌿
But packing food for a 3-4 day trip comes with a challenge—how do you keep it fresh and soft without any preservatives?

Our secret chef trick?
We kneaded the dough entirely with milk instead of water. This keeps the parathas incredibly soft, fresh, and delicious for days, even while roughing it out in the wild! 🧑‍🍳🥛

There is nothing quite like the peace of mind a mother gets knowing her child has a taste of home—healthy, nutritious, and comforting—while away on a trip. 🥰

The Reality of Catering - Its not always pretty, but its always worth it!!

Our day started at 5:00 AM, but by 9:00 AM, we hit a major roadblock: our delivery driver was a NO SHOW. With a full evening of party catering ahead, we didn’t have a second to lose—so we jumped in the car and did the run ourselves! 🚐💨

Just when we thought we were back on track, Mother Nature had other plans. We were all set up in the marquee when the winds picked up and the temperature dropped. Ufff! 🌬️❄️

A quick pivot to an indoor setup meant our team had to move heavy curry pots in record time. But seeing the guests happy and warm? That’s why we do what we do.

Big shoutout to our incredible crew for being so efficient under pressure! 🙌

35 guests, 3 strict rules and 1 very happy celebration in Camberley!! 🎂

For this event - NO frozen (not even peas or sweetcorn), NO canned and ZERO red chilly powder.

The utlimate win - Adults never stopped praising however seeing kids relishing it gave us utter satisfaction.

Mostly we only show the perfect final platters, but sometime back was a lesson in “the show must go on.”

75 Gulab Jamuns. 1 hour until delivery. And they were… a disaster. Too soft, breaking, and not up to our standard. 🛑

I had a choice: deliver sub-par food, or find a solution. We spent the hour on the phone, raced to a sweet shop, and luckily, found a fresh batch to save the day! 🏃‍♀️💨

Honesty is everything in this business. I told the client the truth, and her kindness reminded me why I love what I do.
