By abandoning the notion of 'set menus' and making everything ourselves we are able to craft you the menu you want and we've redefined what is 'normal' for wedding catering across Central England. BC Master Chef contestant, Karen Kemp is a natural cook, full of fresh ideas and amazing combinations that work. Her own favourite dish is a griddled free-range chicken, stuffed with handfuls of fresh herbs and lemons. She makes the skin naughty and crispy; serving the dish with a simple salad of mixed leaves and fresh crusty bread, or perfect crunchy roasties. Whatever you choose, Karen's mission is to give your food the 'wow' factor.

A wedding feast where vegetables took centre stage; vibrant, generous and layered with beautiful flavour.

We were delighted to create an entirely vegetarian menu for Poppy and James, filled with colourful produce, fresh herbs and dishes designed to bring everyone together around the table. Hearing that it was such a hit with their guests is exactly what we love.
