Apple crumbles ready for the oven.

Not wasting a single bit of the apple either. After speaking to my sister about the price of c***r vinegar she suggested I make some!

Did a bit of research (and she sent me a receipe) I did a bit of jiggery pokery and a jar of apple scraps vinegar is now fermenting. Could be used to clean the drains in 6 weeks if nothing else! 😅

Fresh batch of cheese scones to go with the homemade chilli jam..... marriage made in heaven 😋

Thought I'd try a different receipe for Yorkshire puds too...... nice & very crispy (sank after 5 mins out the oven but stayed crispy weirdly) think my own versions better! Stick with what you know usually pays off 😌
