One of my favourite parts of hosting Mosaic Parties is receiving photos afterwards! Stepping stones can’t be grouted for at least 24 hours, each child gets personalised grout bags to do at home so I don’t usually get to see their final masterpieces. It’s such a treat when their finished creations are sent to me.

There are moments when it’s easy to stay in our comfort zone, but today the children were encouraged to push a little further. They studied their example robin closely, really looking for where the colours fall and how they blend together. Using small, fine brushes and taking their time, they focused on building up those beautiful details.

This is exactly what our classes are about, supporting and guiding young artists, while also challenging them to truly see and to experiment with colour, technique and confidence.
