Today, Mini Monsters Softplay in Buckden closes its doors. It’s a bittersweet moment, and our hearts are full.

We've come full circle — back to where it all began. Looking through these photos brings back the joy, the chaos, the giggles, the friendships, and the love that filled our space from day one.

From our humble beginnings to the wild, wonderful ride it's been, we are so proud of the memories we've made together.

Important Announcement from Mini Monsters Buckden

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Mini Monsters Softplay Buckden will be closing its doors on Sunday, 15th June 2025.

Sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control – our landlord has activated a break clause in our lease – we are unable to continue in this location. This unexpected turn has been heartbreaking for our small team, especially after all the love and hard work poured into this space. We exhausted every possible option to be able to stay, entering numerous negotiations in hopes of a different outcome — but despite our best efforts, we're now being compelled to leave this space we’ve called home. 🥺😢😥

If you have a party booked after our closing date, please rest assured that all refunds will be processed automatically within the next 10 days. There’s no need to get in touch – we’ve got everything covered.

This hasn’t been an easy message to write. Mini Monsters has been so much more than just a play space – it’s been a passion project born from love, community, and the dream of creating a haven for little ones and a breather for grown-ups. Over the past three years, we’ve shared so many beautiful memories with you – from magical birthday parties and milestone moments to spontaneous visits filled with giggles and joy.

We are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who supported us, believed in us, and made Mini Monsters part of your family life. Your smiles, kind words, and loyalty have meant the world to us.

Though this chapter is closing, we don’t believe this is the end of the Mini Monsters story. We’re holding on to the hope of reopening in a new location someday – we’re just not sure when or where yet. So please stay connected, and keep an eye out for our return.
