📢 Important Info – The Talbot Hotel, Oundle 👻

Just a quick one to explain why we’re requesting deposits before 9th June 2025 for this event.

Most venues usually ask for a small deposit to secure a booking, which we can normally cover ourselves. However, for The Talbot Hotel, the deposit is £300 – quite a bit more than usual.

As a small events group, that’s a big financial risk for us if we don’t get enough bookings to cover it. On top of that, the total hire cost is also at the higher end of what we usually pay.

So, for this incredible investigation to go ahead, we need enough people to secure their spot by paying the £30 deposit in advance. This helps us cover the bulk of the venue deposit and ensure we can lock in the date.

Thanks for your understanding and support – this is an amazing location and we’d love to explore it with you! 🔍👻
