Clients V&E chose an array of oyster, white, ivory and champagne pearls on crisp bridal white for their four-tier wedding cake. Taking centre stage in the glorious Ballroom last Saturday, with all its sparkle. ⁠

I was lucky enough to briefly greet my bride as she left for Church. The epitome of elegance, just like Grace Kelly herself.⁠

SUMMER FROLICS ~ "To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow" Audrey Hepburn.

(Mostly) hanging up my pinny for the next couple of weeks for some much-needed downtime with family and to potter in my garden. Squeezing in a wee cake though for a client's special birthday on 6 August. Ciao bella!

THINK OUT OF THE BOX ~ and celebrate what's inside the box.

🌱 Always thinking of ways to elevate and present for wedding clients in both stylish and eco-friendly ways.

🏆 Plastic packaging admittedly does allow edible wedding favours to be immediately visible, but using food safe and eco-friendly packaging is a win-win in my view.

🌏 Kinder to mother Earth with the added anticipation of wedding guests discovering what's inside their box.

💗 What's on the inside really matters both in business and on a personal level.

💫 Here's a BTS shot of Caitlin and Lawrence's Italian meringue macaron wedding favours being carefully packaged up. Delicious mouthfuls of pistachio and rose. Plus monogram iced biscuits as an alternative for guests with nut intolerance.

A DELICATE FLOWER ~ inspired my mother nature, I aim to create wedding cake sugar flowers with an ethereal beauty and airiness, taking a leaf from my burgeoning flower garden at home (excuse the oun)

So it was especially uplifting to receive these very kind words from one of my recent brides, Niamh, who travelled from home in Dubia to marry her beau in St Andrews.
