🍽️ Evening Dining at The White Hart 🍽️

After a few setbacks with the bar side of things, we’ve decided to go ahead with a small trial run of evening dining next week so that we can still honour the bookings we’ve already received.

We’ll be serving from 6pm - 9pm on Wednesday 24th, Thursday 25th & Friday 26th, with the doors closing at 10pm.

This is a small, limited menu to start with and is very much a soft opening while we find our feet and see what works best. At this stage, evening dining is BOOKING ONLY – please don’t just turn up as we won’t be able to guarantee a table.

We do still have some spaces available, so if you’d like to join us, simply send us a message to book.

Thank you all for your patience while we navigate a few delays behind the scenes. We’re excited to give this a try and look forward to welcoming you! ❤️

Super Saturday has moved into the Franklin Hall due to the weather. Come and join us. Free show ‘Stand and Deliver’ at 11am and 1pm….Plus there is a free VR experience from MBD….meanwhile Sir Notalot and Bumwart are on the door!

Spilsby Town Events was proud to sponsor the Special Recognition Award this year and delighted to present it to two very deserving winners, Erica and Ellie-Mae.

Through their fundraising efforts, generosity and unwavering support for local causes, they have made a real difference to our community. Whether supporting charities, sports clubs, community groups or local events, they are always willing to lend a hand and help where it’s needed most.

Erica and Ellie-Mae truly embody the community spirit that makes Spilsby such a special place.

When the time comes for you to leave the Nelson, you will be hugely missed. The kindness, dedication and support you have shown to so many over the years will not be forgotten.

🌾 SPILSBY SCARECROW TRAIL 2026 🌾

Get creative and build your own scarecrow this summer, take part at home, school, work, anywhere and everywhere 🌼

🏡 Display your scarecrow anywhere around Spilsby & surrounding areas:
• Homes
• Gardens
• Shops
• Businesses

🎉 Scarecrows should be on display and ready by Saturday 4th July for our Super Saturday Scarecrow Trail, so residents and visitors can enjoy spotting them around town.

📍 Please let me know where your scarecrow will be displayed so we can include it on the trail.

🚜 On Saturday 11th July, I will arrange collection of scarecrows so they can be showcased and judged at the Spilsby Show on Sunday 12th July.

🎟 FREE child entry to the Spilsby Show for each scarecrow entered (one free child admission per scarecrow).

🏆 Scarecrows will be displayed and judged at the show, with rosettes awarded to our winning entries.

📌 IMPORTANT: Please securely attach a tag to your scarecrow with:
• Name
• Address
• Contact Number

After the show, you can either collect your scarecrow on Sunday afternoon or arrange for it to be returned to you.
