🚂 After a lovely week away exploring beautiful Wales, and finally catching up with my admin, it is time to load the van with all my hoarded vintage treasures! So looking forward to having a stall at this fantastic event selling some beautiful things. I’ve got vintage ladies clothes and accessories, china and glassware, antique furniture and homewares, nicnacs and loads of other goodies, all looking for a new home. Come along and see us and many other stalls and attractions. 🫖 🎶💃

We are still looking for sponsors!

The reason we push so hard for this is because setting up a cat show is expensive. Compared to dogs and even horses our infrastructure costs a lot more. We must have a secure venue that is not only big enough but will actually allow cats. We must have benching and we must have holding pens in the rings. We cannot swap these out for a roped off piece of field and indoor venues are becoming harder to find and harder to afford.
Having sponsors helps take the pressure off our exhibitors, cat showing shouldn't be a hobby for the rich, that's just crazy, it should be open to all.
As a small business owner in an unrelated industry I know how important sponsorship is from the grass roots all the way up to the elite. It's not just for promoting your brand but when you are a more established business it is a way of giving back, after all these are the people producing your customers.
I know the big budgets go on other species but we need to grow together. Cat shows are an incredibly important part of the whole cat sector.
Anyway if you read this far, well done. I hope we can work together in the future because life is better with Tea, Cats & Cake!

🏍️🏍️ When you love what you do, it isnt work!! And after helping look after the amazing Malle crew for 17 hours a day for 12 days, I loved every second.

Yes I am physically broken ( not as much as some team members🦵) but my heart is full. Festival life is something else, work hard, play hard and the Malle London guys do just that, hopefully all with full bellies. Bring on 2027, Kitchen crew already signed up!! 😊🏍️

🏍️🏍️ Out of Office is on! 🏍️🏍️

Not because I am abroad sunning myself with a Pina cola 🌴, I will be here, half an hour away at the beautiful Grimsthorpe Castle helping to keep the amazing Malle staff, crew, marshalls and volunteers fed and hydrated for the next 10 days. And maybe have a little fun in the Sun ☀️
