Live Promotions Events LTD was established in 1972. The company is not only the largest, but the longest established automotive outdoor event business in the United Kingdom operating at most of the leading County Showgrounds and Motor Racing Circuits within the UK, as well as a growing Outdoor Concert division.
This position is initially to cover maternity leave.
The role with involve:
• Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with customer queries.
• Managing the database of clients and diary management of colleagues.
• Correspondence for clients and providers.
• General administrative support.
• Reception duties and dealing with email enquiries and Social Media correspondence.
To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:
• Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet.
• Good time management and planning skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.
• Confidence in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
• Ability to prioritise your workload within a busy, varied environment.
• As the first point of call you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming and professional attitude.
