As much as I’ve tried to absorb rising costs, the price of quality latex balloons has continued to increase. As a small business, I do need to make a small price adjustment to ensure I can continue providing the service and products you love — without compromising on quality.

This is not okay.

Our props and equipment are hired out and come at a cost—not only to us, but potentially to other clients too. When items are damaged, it not only incurs charges but can also affect future bookings.

We want every celebration to be as magical as possible—but please, respect the items that help make it happen.

Thankfully, I haven’t experienced this personally—but it’s a reminder for all of us.

This is why I inflate my balloons at least 24 hours before collection. There can be faulty valves or tiny pin prick holes, this allows me time to check your item is fault free.
