I never imagined I would have to write this, but it is with a heavy and heartbreaking heart that I am announcing I have made the decision to close Under The Arches Balloons.
To my wonderful customers and local community,
I wanted to share a little bit of the heart behind Under The Arches Balloons—and why this small business means so much more to me than just balloons.
I originally started this journey as a vital focus for my own mental health. Shortly after, my toddler was diagnosed as autistic and non-verbal. Navigating that news was overwhelming, and creating balloon arrangements became my escape —a way to channel my energy, find a moment of peace, and keep pushing forward for my family.
Small business life isn’t always easy, and recently, it’s been particularly tough. There have been some unfair rumors and targeted slanders going around from a couple of other local balloon businesses regarding my work and pricing simply because I am able to offer wonderful products at a more accessible, affordable price.
I want to set the record straight and be completely transparent with you all. Every single client order is made using top-quality, professional-grade materials—I source my supplies from trusted suppliers like Tiger Feet and exclusively use Sempertex balloons. The only time you will ever see anything different is when I am trying out a new technique, practicing a design, or setting up purely for content/photography purposes.
I pour my heart, soul, and genuine care into every single arrangement that leaves my home. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, and trusted me to be a part of your special celebrations. Your kindness means the world to us. ❤️🎈
