FRIDAY SPOTLIGHT | Accessibility at Oak Theatre

At Oak Theatre, everyone is welcome and we want every visitor to feel comfortable and supported when they come to enjoy a show with us.

♿ Our theatre is fully accessible, with designated accessible seating and space for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
🚗 Free accessible parking is available close to the theatre.
🎧 Ear defenders are available to borrow for anyone who may benefit from them during a performance.
🎶 Assisted listening can be enabled via Bluetooth connections on hearing aids. If you need help setting this up just ask our front of house team before the show.
❤️ Carers go FREE when accompanying someone who requires their support. Free carer tickets need to be booked directly through our Box Office, so simply give us a call and our team will be happy to arrange this for you.

SHOW UPDATE – JOHNNY CASH ROADSHOW

We have been informed by the production company that, for reasons beyond our control, Johnny Cash Roadshow – The Prison Era Unleashed has been postponed.

We understand this will be disappointing for those who were looking forward to the show and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The show has been rescheduled, and all existing ticket holders will be contacted directly with further information.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Oak Theatre & Studios.

I'm afraid that due to unforeseen circumstances we need to postpone the date we have booked at The Oak Theatre and Studios on October 2nd into Jan 2027.

This lovely little venue is new to us and we are sad we are having to move the date, but very much looking forward to being with you on 24th Jan 2027 for an early show at 5pm.

Tickets already purchased can be moved to the new date and all ticket holders should have now been contacted by the venue.
For new purchases take a look at the link below and come and join us for a post Christmas / New year Sunday show.

This will be one of our first shows of 2027, where we have listened to the audience and added more of the Highwaymen songs to the set list. 2027 will be focusing on all the hits across Johnny Cash career as well as showcasing some of the biggest and best of the supergroup the Highwaymen. Trust me you wont want to miss this one a perfect set list in a lovely intimate venue - what is there not to love?
