💍✨ What a wonderful weekend celebrating Rebecca & Daniel’s special day at Coppermines Mountain Weddings!

We had the pleasure of catering for 30 lovely guests. From the start of the day with our showstopping Antipasti platters to serving up a delicious hog roast feast complete with all the trimmings. 🐖🥗 From fresh sides to perfectly cooked meat & a selection of decadent desserts it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and amazing food.

💍 Congratulations Shannon & Brett! 💍

We had the absolute pleasure of catering for their beautiful wedding at The Lancrigg in Grasmere, set in a truly stunning location last weekend, serving 100 guests. ✨

The evening began with a delicious selection of canapés, including honey and mustard sausages, halloumi, salmon, and pâté. 🥂

For mains, guests enjoyed sirloin and hog roast, accompanied by stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, red wine gravy, seasonal vegetables, along with fresh tomato and mozzarella salad and Caesar salad 🥩🐖

To finish on a sweet note, everyone enjoyed profiteroles and sticky toffee pudding. 🍰

It was an honor to be part of such a special day for Shannon and Brett! Thank you for letting us make your celebration both memorable and delicious! ❤️

🌞 Breakfast is served! 🌞

We had the pleasure of catering once again for the amazing Opmobility team, serving up a hearty breakfast for 225 people across four morning sittings at 8:30am, 9:45am, 11am and 12:15pm. 🕣

Our bespoke breakfast menu was a hit, featuring freshly cooked bacon, sausage and egg rolls, all served with gluten-free options to make sure everyone was looked after. 🥓🍳

We also offered our tasty vegan breakfast rolls, which went down a treat with the team. 🌱

A big thank you to everyone at Opmobility for having us back again this year. It’s always a pleasure to cater for such a great group and hopefully we’ll be back with you again at Christmas! 🎄✨

🔥 What a fantastic afternoon with the PM Group team! 🔥

We were delighted to cater for Emma and her amazing team of 80 people, bringing one of our signature Hog Roasts to their event. 🐖

The atmosphere was brilliant and the food went down a treat. From perfectly roasted pork with crispy crackling and apple sauce to all the classic sides, it was a feast made for a hardworking crew. 👏

A huge thank you to Emma and everyone at PM Group for having us. It was a real pleasure serving you all! 🙌
