The Running Toastmaster... 🏃

When you get a last-minute opportunity to run the Southend Half Marathon, you don't turn it down!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported and cheered along the course, and to the fantastic organisers and Havens Hospices Fundraising for putting on such a wonderful event.

As a Celebration of Life Celebrant, I regularly meet families across Southend who have been touched by the incredible care and compassion that Havens Hospice provides. The difference you make to local people and their loved ones is truly remarkable.

Thank you as always to Yard Fitness, what a wonderful community feel there is with this group of awesome people.
