Hello Rebecca,
Thank you for catering for the wake following my husband's funeral on May 13th. My family and I were very impressed with your business. The information that you gave to my son, was so detailed and your approach was so very flexible regarding the food that you were able to provide. It was difficult to decide on our requirements as numbers for wakes are always unknown, we had relatives and friends travelling from London and the Midlands and we were unsure when they would have eaten and we have a number of vegetarians among our family and friends. We did have 60 at the wake and the amount of food was more than sufficient!
A number of people said on the day what an impressive buffet you had provided. Many others have told me since what a wonderful buffet we had.
