With the next clothes swap happening before Halloween, I thought I'd put a shout out for fancy dress costumes. If you have any you no longer want, children or adults, please bring them along to the next swap 👻

Oh wow 😳 I'm overwhelmed by the messages I've received from people wanting to help at our future swaps, it's much appreciated.

I've received a lot of messages and I think I've got back to everyone hopefully, if I haven't, just nudge me 🤣🤣

🥳🥳 We now have enough volunteers for October and November dates, so if you are still interested in getting involved, just message me about any dates next year and I'll pencil you in to help.

I've noticed I'm getting quite a few questions about where the swaps are and the dates.

All information is posted on my Instagram and pages Clothes Swap Events. All events are at Hedge End social club only. All dates are all published on my page, if you go to "more" on the menu near the top of the page and click "events" you'll see all the event pages listed there. Please click "interested" or "going", this will then add it to your list of events and you'll get Facebook reminders.

You can also add the events to your personal calendar by clicking on the event page, click on the 3 dots and select "add to calendar" select your email address, then it should add the event to your personal calendar (I do have Android, so may be different for Apple, who knows 😏) thank me later 😉).

If I've missed anything, please shout, there's only little old me on the socials 🤣😏

Not long now 😁 If you have any questions, please ask ☺️ But for now, here's the details you need to know.

Join us at Hedge End Social Club, 4 Bursledon Rd, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 0BR

1. Bring any clothes you no longer want. We accept women's, mens & kids clothes, shoes, bags & accessories. Please make sure these are clean and in good condition (not wet/damp please) no underwear, socks or school uniforms (unless local to Hedge End).

2. Pay £5 (14's and under are free if accompanied by an adult)

3. I'll take the clothes from you at the door to sort out and put out onto the tables and clothes rails.

4. Have a rummage and take whatever you like, remember to bring a bag. (Please be respectful of others and do not take for the purposes of reselling).

Bear in mind, new clothes are coming into the swap during the duration of the 2 hours, so you may need to have a few rummages 😉

As always, I will be taking pictures and videos for social media promotion, if you really don't want to be featured, just let me know and I'll try and avoid you.

Entry is £5 for adults, children 14 and under are free. Cash is always preferred, but I do also accept card.

There are two large free car parks on site, so plenty of space to park! Please make sure to register your car using the machine as you come into reception 😏

Can't wait to see you there x
