Why not add a new flavour twist by marinading whatever you want to barbecue in one of our delicious spice blends!!!
Add the spice blend to some vegetable or olive oil and the marinade is made!!

**Easy Recipe Alert**

It’s barbecue time!!
Make a lovely marinade for chicken or vegetables or paneer or even sausages and burgers using our curry pastes.

For ‘Kickin’ Chicken

2 tablespoons of Yoghurt
2 tablespoons of Old Calcutta curry paste
Salt to taste

Mix the above ingredients and marinade chicken breasts/ thighs in the mixture for minimum 30 minutes.
Put on the barbecue and cook. Keep turning to avoid burning.
Make sure chicken is cooked through.

BBQ paneer/veggies
Marinade cubes of paneer and veggies in the mixture for minimum 30 minutes
Put on skewers.
BBQ
