A colourful, fun wedding at Avington Estate for Mr & Mrs Ahye ☀️

Kirstie & George celebrated their wedding with an intimate ceremony hosted by George’s brother, then partied the day away with their closest friends and family ✨

I don’t think I’ll ever forget this wedding - from our first chat where I instantly connected with them and knew I had to be at their wedding, they told me they were invested in everything I do and want me to bring the energy and the vibes - loved that mission!!

On the day, both the couple and their friends and family were the nicest and most welcoming bunch you could ever hope to meet - a genuine pleasure to be there, and I never wanted to leave 🥲

Lulworth Castle Wedding - Alice & Andy ✨

Weddings at Lulworth Castle are always epic, but Alice & Andy's unique energy drew me in, and I knew their special day would be incredible 🙌

The day unfolded perfectly! A beautiful, heartfelt ceremony, an exciting golf tournament ⛳️, a scenic trip to Lulworth Cove, a lively dance floor and a sparkling finale on the castle steps 🥹

Southend Barns wedding for Jazz & James ✨

These guys asked myself & Katie from to confirm availability before booking their venue, which is the highest praise and I knew their wedding was just going to be lush 😍

They flew in friends from around the world, put out the most lawn games I’ve ever seen at a wedding, and brought along their two retrievers Nala & Cleo who are just the cutest dogos 🥹

It was a beautiful day with some beautiful souls 🙌

Avington Park Wedding Film ✨

Today marks 1 year since this incredible wedding for Rachel & Nick at Avington Park. It was my first wedding at Avington and it quickly became one of my favourite local venues - one I’m super excited to return to a few times this summer.

Rachel & Nick’s day was pure love ❤️ a beautifully personalised ceremony from a celebrant, some incredible speeches, an electric atmosphere from start to finish and family & friends from around the world making this day extra special for them.

✨TWIA 2025 Finalist ✨

We did it! I’ve just received the email to say that we’ve made regional finalist for the 2025 Wedding Industry Awards ! This will be the 3rd year running as finalists, with 2 highly commended awards from the past two years 🏆

A massive shout out to all of our couples - we couldn’t do any of this without you. I put everything I have into giving you all the best experience and amazing memories you can look back on, and moments like this make it all worth it 🙏 thank you so much to those who took the time to vote!

Hello 👋

It’s about time I re-introduced myself to my new followers! 😊

I’m Chris, the videographer behind Spice Wedding Films - I don’t just film pretty videos, I capture memories and deliver films that get more and more valuable over time. The pure joy. lost moments, fleeting glances, happy tears; all the bits you see and all the bits you missed, captured just as you felt it.

Outside of work you’ll normally find me travelling, and we do A LOT of that. In the last couple of years we’ve seen everything from skypools in Dubai, to the painting-like views of Yosemite, to the rooftops of Santorini and so much more.

With the help of my wife Kate (swipe to see her smiling face), we’ve filmed over 200 weddings and counting - the business wouldn’t be where it is without Kate’s support and the incredible candid shots she captures as a second shooter.

Together, we’re gin drinking, travel obsessed, cat loving, secretly boujie videographers. Every wall in our house is lined with memories from our travels and our time with family and friends, but now it’s your turn to have your memories eternalised, and I reckon we’re the people for the job!

Spice Wedding Films is made up of me, Chris and my partner Kate. Together our passion is to create high quality wedding films for couples, and make the whole process a great experience for our couples.

The biggest regret of brides after their wedding is not having it filmed. Wedding videography is becoming a staple in the list of things to book and although it can sometimes be bottom of the list for some people, you only have to speak to someone who had their wedding filmed by someone great, and they will tell you how much it means to them. Don’t be the bride or groom who regrets only getting a photographer and no videographer!

We use the latest, cutting edge equipment which we try to keep as small as possible so we are discrete on the day, and we guide you through the process so that you get the most out of it, and get the video you really want.

Spice Wedding Films has come so far in the 5 years we have been active, and we’ve filmed over 100 weddings. I’m grateful for all past clients and excited to see some more amazing weddings!
