We also have experienced alterations staff on the premises to make it a "one stop shop" experience. Our staff love their jobs and have the expertise to help you find the dream dress or accessories. Sleep tight John...

Its so very rare that we have anything less then joyful news to share but today we are utterly heartbroken to announce that our beloved founder John who was husband to Shirley and Dad to Shelley past away on Sunday aged 92.

John was a true gentleman through and through, utterly adored by all who met him in the bridal industry and beyond.

He was funny, kind, wise and the life of the party...always the first on the dance floor and the last to leave.

Although Johns role was largely behind the scenes at Brides of Southampton he was the brains and foundation that ensured our legacy and we are so sad he won't be here to celebrate our 50th birthday.

Sleep tight John, we know you will be keeping a careful eye on us with Shirley in Heaven and we'll endeavour to always make you both proud.
