I'm cooking up a feast for and all her wonderful retreat guests this weekend at
Starting with Plant-based Lasagna, with Tenderstem Broccoli, Garlic Focaccia from and a Mediterranean Side Salad, followed by Tiramisu 🤤
Saturday starts with avocado toast, with pan fried exotic mushrooms as well as other breakfast options, then a Middle-Eastern Mezze for lunch. Dinner is a Kishmiri Vegetable Curry with all the sides, followed by a Raw Mango and Coconut Cheesecake. Finally on Sunday we wrap things up with a hearty full vegan breakfast.
