Business has been a bit slow this year ... but recently our shop has been busy and I’m getting lots of balloon/event orders and I can’t thank you enough!! ☺️ Long may it continue.
Just a polite ask… please give as much notice as possible for balloon orders. 2 weeks minimum would be ideal (but longer for larger event orders). Ordering products sometimes takes longer due to shipping delays etc (we’ve seen more of this recently) and out of stock items etc. So the more notice I have, the more likely I can source (or make) what you require for your event.
I would also absolutely love to fit every order in, especially events, but I am only able to be in one place at a time. Teleportation would be handy! 😄 So I have to limit how many orders I take so I can ensure 100% attention to detail on each order rather than rushing to do loads at a time.
Dates are a first come first serve basis, so if you enquire and pay promptly you will be booked in. If payment (or deposits if discussed) aren’t paid within 24 hours I’m afraid the date could go to someone else. This is just to make it as fair as possible.
Also with any collections from our shop, we’d really appreciate it if you please arrive on time (treat it like an appointment). We don’t have the space to house your displays so they are made to be ready and collected at the agreed time.
And one more thing, my pricing will change slightly from August. Material costs have gone up and I haven’t changed my prices for a long time. Sadly I can no longer absorb the costs so there will be a slight increase.
