Eastleigh is starting to feel festive. The tree of lights is in place, the lights are going up and we are ready to kick of the Christmas season on Thursday with our first Eastleigh Winter Micro Market in Wells Place from 10am-4pm.
That's just the warm-up as Saturday is the best event of the year in town. It's EASTLEIGH CHRISTMAS LIGHT SWITCH ON!
We are just a little excited, can you tell?

11am-7pm
Town centre takeover! The event spans the precinct, Wells Place, The Point, High Street & Market Street, with the fireworks display taking place at around 6.15pm just after the light switch on at 6pm.

It's a day not to be missed!

Christmas officially starts for us on Thursday!

It's the first installment of our series of smaller Christmas Markets at Wells Place in Eastleigh.

Eastleigh Winter Micro Markets will be running weekly up until 18th December from 10am-4pm.

Traders will be in rotation so no 2 visits will be the same.

As always, a huge thank you to Visit Eastleigh, Eastleigh BID for collaborating with us on this event.

Then on Saturday it's the biggie, Christmas Market At Eastleigh Christmas Light Switch On!

What's At The Precinct?

🎆 Local traders
🎆 Street food vendors
🎆 Craft stalls
🎆 Food & drink produce
🎆 Festive Mascot visits
🎆 Prize games
🎆 Funfair

The commercial market runs from 11am-7pm

❄️ As part of the annual event, the Christmas lights will be turned on at 6pm, with a fireworks display taking place at approximately 6.15pm

❄️There is also a community market from 11am-5pm featuring local charities and Town centre businesses on Market Street & High Street, hosted by Visit Eastleigh

❄️ The Point will be running a makers market and Santa's Grotto until 5pm.

❄️ There will be a climbing wall and activities at Wells Place.

❄️ Live music & performances.

Entry into the event is completely free of charge but activities and the funfair are chargeable.

Where possible we would encourage people to walk or take public transport to the event as the town will be very busy. Road closures will be in place, preventing traffic from entering High Street, Market Street and Leigh Road (from Desborough Road into the town centre) so on Street parking/access is not possible.

We are likely to get unauthorised Street peddlers selling light up items. we encourage you to think before purchasing as they are not an official part of our event and therefore we cannot guarantee the quality or safety of any of their products.

We only have a couple of traders spaces left for Eastleigh Christmas Markets

Thursday 4th December 9am-4pm
Saturday 6th November 10am-4pm
Saturday 20th December 10am-4pm

Leigh Road Precinct, Eastleigh SO50 9FF

We do not require hot drinks as there are lots of coffee shops in the town centre.

All traders must have £5m PL, a commercial grade gazebo and at least 12kg of metal/cement weights for each leg.

Please register your interest as a trader by completing the form below. One form covers all markets from now until Christmas to keep it simple. You can choose to do one, or all and pay as you go, or pay all in one go to receive a discount. If you choose to pay as you go, your space will only be guaranteed for the markets you have paid for .
