This isn’t your ordinary wedding fair. 🖤

On Sunday 25th October, The Old Vicarage and Ivy & Wild are doing things a little differently.

We’re bringing together a brilliant collection of creative suppliers for an immersive editorial photoshoot & showcase where you can actually watch the magic happen.

Expect a live editorial photoshoot as the day progresses, bridal fashion in form of a catwalk with a special live proformance! , live hair & makeup, florals, DIY styling demonstrations, cakes, makers and creatives doing what they do best — right in front of you.

Come for wedding inspiration. Come because you’re planning a party, celebration or something completely different. Or simply come because you love beautiful things and wonderfully creative people.

There’ll be plenty to see, people to chat to and ideas to steal shamelessly. 👀

Entry is completely FREE. Show up on the day or pre book.

Because this isn’t going to be your traditional wedding showcase & Photoshoot.

On Sunday 25th October, Ivy & Wild & The Old Vicarage are creating something a little different.

Immersive. Interactive. Beautifully unexpected.

And we’re looking for suppliers who want to be part of the experience, not simply exhibit at it.

The creatives.
The rule breakers.
The “I’ve always wanted to try this…” people.

Hair being styled. Makeup happening. Cakes being created. Dresses being Modeled.

We want to see your craft, not just your logo.

Autumn weddings.. but we love dark Romance.

This October, Tom and I are joining creative forces to bring something a little different to The Old Vicarage.

An immersive wedding showcase and day-to-dusk editorial shoot, where we're throwing the traditional wedding fair rulebook straight out of the window.

Think antique lace, untamed florals, candlelight and country-house romance with a darker edge.
A little Wuthering Heights, a little Lana Del Rey, and absolutely no orange in sight.

We're bringing together incredible wedding creatives to do more than simply showcase their work stood behind a table.
We want to bring it to life, creating an experience that grows a little darker and more romantic as the day turns to dusk.

And we're looking for fellow creatives...
The ones with wild imaginations, big ideas and absolutely no fear of thinking outside the box.
If ordinary isn't really your thing, we'd love to hear from you.

A little bit of pretty from this weekend 🌸

Flower bowls down the aisle, soft blush drapes, a ceiling full of greenery and then THAT fireplace... because apparently I have absolutely no concept of just a few flowers..more is always more.

I loved creating this whole room. Soft, romantic, gardeny and just wild enough.
This is exactly why I love styling as much as I love the flowers.
Taking a space and transforming how it feels, from the floor right up into the rafters.
Because for me, it’s never just about the flowers. It’s about the whole picture.

Not neat. Not matching. The Cosmos Not particularly interested in behaving.

Just armfuls of late-summer colour, gathered together.

Dahlias, tiny daisies, soft cosmos, delicate textures and all those beautifully wonky little details that make flowers feel alive.

Buttonholes tied by hand, bouquets wrapped and head off into the world on. Beautiful Bank Holiday.

This is the kind of wedding floristry I love most.

What if it began with a feeling? A sensation, A song even....Something that makes your hair stick up on the back of your neck.

This is mine..ORCHARD & VINE..

Long tables made for feasting. Figs and grapes nestled amongst wild florals. Tangled foliage, layered linens, aged ceramics and candlelight as the evening draws in.

Richly layered. Beautifully undone.

This is where our heads are at lately, Well mine is for sure...I thrive in the BER months.

I want to move Ivy & Wild into..
Less about choosing arrangements from a check list. Less about counting stems...this is where we are heading too as a brand.

More about creating a world, your world.

Taking a feeling and carrying it through the flowers, styling, textures, tables, installations and all those tiny, unexpected details that completely change how a space feels.

We want to create weddings you can feel when you look at them.

A little decadent. A little unruly. No mistaking that it is truly YOUR day, done YOUR way.

Orchard & Vine is the first of seven wedding worlds I have been dreaming up.

And honestly? I would LOVE to bring every single one of them to life! with Intimate Gatherings, celebrations and Collaborations, I am on the look out.

A quieter kind of romance at Burley Manor.

A little glimpse into our showcase at The Old Vicarage 🌿✨

Wild colour, tangled textures, candlelight, baskets overflowing with flowers, and a fireplace installation that decided to become the main character for the day.

We wanted everything to feel abundant, romantic and a little bit untamed.

From meadow-style ceremony florals to playful table centres filled with movement and texture, this setup was all about creating moments that felt relaxed and full of life.

Forever obsessed with this colour palette too. Coral, raspberry, peach, soft lilac and fresh spring greens doing the absolute most without screaming for attention.

You don’t forget a wedding like this!

Emma & David at Burley Manor…
where the confetti doesn’t fall, it erupts
and the flowers don’t sit politely, they party.

Colour everywhere.
Joy in every corner.
And a ceremony that felt like someone turned love right up to full volume.

From that just-married kiss to casually wandering through a herd of deer (iconic behaviour 🦌), this day had a rhythm of its own.
A big thank you to Zen the deer farmer for allowing such beautiful photo opportunities.

No rules.
No holding back.
Just a couple doing it their way… and absolutely nailing it.
