Q: Is it a members-only club?
A: Not at all! Dallas Burston Polo Club is open to everyone, and we’d love to welcome you anytime.
Q: What can I do on site?
A: The better question is… what can’t you do? 👀
From our beautiful hotel and welcoming pub, to a range of event spaces and a full calendar of events throughout the year — plus a spa coming soon — there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a lively weekend or a relaxing countryside escape, it’s all here.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: Yes 🍴
Our onsite pub, The Millstone Hare, serves hearty, delicious food — perfect for casual lunches, dinners, or drinks with friends.
Q: Is the site family friendly?
A: Absolutely! We host a variety of family-friendly events throughout the year, including fireworks nights, pumpkin picking and seasonal activities 🎆🎃
Q: What’s your maximum capacity?
A: We have a range of spaces to suit every occasion:
• Chukka Lounge – up to 20 guests
• The Drawing Room – up to 75 guests
• The Cloud Pavilion – up to 300 guests
• The IXL Events Centre – up to 800 guests
Whatever the size of your event, we have the perfect space.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes please 🐶
Our hotel offers dog-friendly rooms, luxury dog beds and welcome packs to make sure your furry friends feel just as welcome.
Q: Is it too posh for me?
A: Not at all.
While the venue offers a luxury setting, our friendly and down-to-earth team are here to make everyone feel welcome.
Q: Do you host actual polo matches?
A: Yes! We regularly host live polo matches on the grounds and visitors are always welcome. Keep an eye on our socials for upcoming fixtures.
Q: How big is the site?
A: 600 acres of beautiful Warwickshire countryside 🌿
Q: Does HS2 affect accessibility?
A: In short — no.
We work closely with HS2 and are kept informed of any planned works or diversions well in advance, so we can ensure your visit or event runs smoothly.
