I have a few spare cupcakes this weekend if you fancy a little of something sweet?

6 x lemon & blueberry filled with blueberry jam
6 x vanilla - can be filled with a choice of homemade rhubarb and ginger preserve, rhubarb and raspberry jam or raspberry/strawberry jam.
2 x chocolate filled with chocolate ganache OR homemade black cherry curd for a Black Forest flavour.

**ALLERGENS** - Gluten, egg, soy, milk, dairy.

She sells seashells on the sea shore.

I had the pleasure of making this wonderful chocolate flavoured, sea themed birthday cake for Zoë's birthday last weekend. Decorated with fondant sea shells, seahorses and fish, and a couple of happy little crabs.

I grew up being read or reading the Beatrix Potter books and absolutely loved Peter Rabbit! So when I was asked to make a Peter Rabbit themed birthday cake for a 2nd birthday, of course the answer was 'Absolutely!'. All of the figures were handmade. My favourite had to be Benjamin Bunny.

The top tier was a Biscoff cake filled with Biscoff buttercream and a smooth Biscoff spread. The bottom tier was Red Velvet filled with cream cheese flavour buttercream.

I had the absolute pleasure of making this wedding cake at the weekend. A vegan and gluten free mocha cake, filled with mocha 'butter'cream and covered in vegan, sage green chocolate ganache. It was accompanied by vanilla cupcakes, chocolate orange cupcakes and vanilla, heart shaped biscuits. (Also all vegan and gluten free). Set up at the stunning Pumping House in Ollerton. Luckily the rain held off for the wedding photographs!
