THIS FRIDAY! The fabulous Singer Songwriter and incredibly talented guitarist ✨KATIE SPENCER✨ will be playing live at The David Hall - FRI | 12 JUNE | 8PM

Raised in the East Yorkshire flatlands on the fringes of Hull (UK), Katie Spencer’s landscape has always been that of open skies and widening rivers. It is this sense of space and movement that flows through her assured guitar style and songwriting. Her writing, and most notably her guitar playing stems from a time when the steel-stringed instrument was truly finding its voice. Katie absorbs these influences into her songwriting and with her distinctive deep vibrato and crystal-clear guitar style, she makes the music inimitably her own.

A wonderful talented musician who has played at The David Hall in previous years and has a firm following and devoted fan base. She is definitely not to be missed!

Having performed over 800 shows (and counting) since forming in 2019, and following the release of their debut album ‘Howl’ in March 2024, the duo have been featured on numerous international radio stations, being named as Americana Album of the Month on The Country Mile Radio and UK Country Radio and have received glowing reviews from AmericanaUK, Rocking Magpie, and Fatea magazine, with a Nomination for UK Duo of the year 2024 from BCMA.

They have also supported David Hall legend, the super famous Steve Knightley - Show of Hands, which has grown into a fantastic working relationship ever since.
