I’ll go first…
Currently October week here in Scotland which means all 3 of my kids are off school/ nursery.
Join a gym that also has childcare so that you can get an hour or two each day to do something for YOU!
Moving my body makes me feel so much better, and the accountability of having them in childcare makes me move! Or some days look like grabbing an hour to myself to chill in the spa instead!
