I’m at Shoreham Flyover today. Very busy, as usual, always friendly and well run.
Sellers going right round the bottom and almost full up and loads of buyers, plenty still coming in.
I’ve now sold out of Dahlias for today, but I’ve got plenty more growing at the nursery.
I’m in my usual spot🚛, next to the burger van 🍔

After a bit of a frustrating day, I’ve unloaded and reloaded. I’ve been to my nursery to water and am more or less ready for Shoreham Flyover in the morning. I still need to load some plants in the morning which need to lie down to fit in, as I can’t lie them down in the crates until the morning, otherwise they start to bend upwards.

After spending 3 hours loading last night and another hour putting bits and pieces in the van morning, I had a lovely selection of plants for today.
Unfortunately, having arrived at my usual time, around 7.30, I’ve spent an exceptionally frustrating time earlier this morning being told that today, the organisers of the car boot sale at Broadwater Green are not letting any vehicles on the green after7, even though the council website clearly states that sellers should arrive FROM 7.
Ithis is the same group that last time wouldn’t let vehicles on until 8.30 and then said you had to stay all day! I had tried phoning the contact number around 10 times just incase they had weird rules again, but nobody ver answered. There was nothing on their advertising signs either, to say no vehicles allowed on after 7. Unfortunately , it was then too late to go to Ford to get in.
I’m now going to unload the van again , then I’ll reload later this evening.
Tomorrow, I will be at Shoreham Flyover

I didn’t go to Ford yesterday, but I’m loaded and ready for Broadwater Green tomorrow.
I’ve got my usual selection of colourful plants for sale. 🚛🌸🌼🪴. I won’t know where I’m going to be until I get there, so you’ll have to look out for my green van.
I’ve been busy at the nursery, and amongst general watering and potting, I’ve been sorting out my Chrysanths, they’re growing very nicely, and I’ve potted them all up from 2 litre into 3 litre pots and given them plenty of room to spread out.
They’re looking like they’re thinking about producing flower buds and will hopefully be showing some colour at the beginning to middle of September. They’re a mixture

I’m at Ford this morning.
Sellers almost to the bottom.
I’ve got lots of lovely colourful flowering plants.
A good range of perennials and Dahlias @£5.
Trays of bedding @ 2 for £5 and a few
hanging basket plants now @£1.
Also some larger perennials and climbers @£7.50-£10. 🌸🌼🪴🚛
Here until 11 this morning.
Planning on coming here again on Saturday and Shoreham Flyover on Sunday, weather permitting 🤞

I’m at Ford this morning.
Busy with sellers and buyers, almost to the bottom.
I have a lovely selection of £5 dahlias and perennials.
The Thunbergias are growing well and filling the canes.
I still have spnkevpretty , good sized petunias and geraniums, and a few trays of bedding.
I gad been planning on coming to gird on Saturday, but I will have to wait and see what the weather is doing, as the forecast isn’t good for the weekend. ⛈️. Of course, it might well have changed by then.
I’ll be at the flyover on Sunday if it’s on .
