It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Wolverhampton Half Marathon & 10K 2026.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly. Unfortunately, due to the loss and unavailability of key personnel within the organisation, we are unable to deliver the event in 2026. We know this will be disappointing news and sincerely apologise to everyone who was planning to take part.

We know many of you have been training for months and were looking forward to race day. We are truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this news will cause.

All entrants will receive a full refund. Refunds are being processed as quickly as possible and will be completed by 14 August 2026 at the latest.

If you are still looking for a race on Sunday 6 September 2026, we would encourage you to take a look at the Banbury 10K, organised by our friends at Raceways.

Refund FAQs
When will I receive my refund?

We expect all refunds to be completed by 14 August 2026.

Why might it take until 14 August?

Whilst we may process the refund immediately, it can take several working days for your bank or card provider to return the funds to your account.

Why might some refunds take longer than others?

Many entries were made through third-party platforms such as Let's Do This, Find a Race, and other registration partners. These providers each have their own refund processes and timescales, which can affect how quickly the refund reaches you.

Do I need to do anything?

No. Refunds will be processed automatically using the payment method used to enter the event. If you have not received your refund after 14 August 2026, please contact us and we will investigate.
