Hi Olivia. Here’s my review.

We had used Olivia previously for birthday balloon stacks and had always been pleased so when we saw on her social media that she also did room decor , including weddings we got in touch for a quote. She listened to our ideas and vision whilst offering some brilliant suggestions which were completely in tune with our thinking. Throughout the coming months we faced a number of challenges from the venue which unfortunately Olivia had to deal with - which she did in a calm and professional manner.
When it came to the wedding day we heard many guests say “ wow” as they entered the reception room. Stylish, romantic, defined and just perfect! Nothing was too much trouble as she put us, the customer first. The venue made it very awkward for access to the room before and after the event causing Olivia to work to extremely tight deadlines. Again, she worked tremendously hard to meet their demands.
Honestly I could not recommend Olivia enough. Her creative talents and her genuine desire to put the customer first make her stand out from the crowd. Whether it’s a simple balloon stack or something more demanding Olivia would be my first choice every time.
