Mythe Barn 🍂

Last year we had the privilege of styling the beautiful Mythe Barn on several occasions… most recently, in November, for the lovely E&N.

E&N chose a gorgeous autumnal colour palette and we curated a bespoke design that fitted their desired vision! From statement displays to the small details, everything was carefully considered and designed with them in mind.

Their day reflected their personalities, memories, and love for each other… it fitted perfectly with the season and complemented the venues rustic-romantic charm too!

It featured stunning dried floral arrangements from the wonderful , who is always a pleasure to work with!

We are truly honoured to be recommended stylists at this stunning venue and love working with the incredible team! We cannot wait to be back soon!

EXCITING NEWS…. X2!

Firstly… We are back on socials! After taking some time off to enjoy maternity leave with my gorgeous boy Theo, I am phasing back, which means our socials are too!

We styled some seriously stunning weddings last year and our decor range grew massively, we can’t wait to show you!

This year, we plan to update our website and make it more user friendly/fill it with current inspiration and future trends, fill our socials with stunning weddings and tips to help you style/plan your day, complete a digital decor hire brochure, and continue providing a quality service to our very special couples!

Secondly, our Christmas wishes came true… we are now officially a recommended supplier for !

It is such a privilege to style this beautiful venue and work with the wonderful team there. Special thank you to Didi, Suzy, Stuart, and the rest of the BG team for all the love and support you’ve shown us this year (especially in my final few weeks of pregnancy) and for recommending us to your lovely couples!

Let’s talk focal points…

Sometimes MORE IS MORE!

K&J’s ceremony decor was exactly that!

They opted for stunning statement florals, and cylinder vases containing Truglow pillar candles for the fireplace, with blush pink chair drapes to line their aisle…

More gorgeous images from of F&As wedding day 🤍 Read on if you are having a late November/December wedding for an important bit of advice…

You don’t have to have a ‘Christmas wedding’ in November/December, unless you want to of course…

F&A desired a beautiful winter wedding that felt like their wedding day and not one overshadowed by Christmas or that felt ‘themed’…

They had a light, bright, airy, and fresh feeling ceremony, with frosty white fabrics and statement florals… with just one simple Christmas tree 🤍

Then cosiness and warmth, was brought to their wedding breakfast through lots of gorgeous candles, soft sage fabrics, scented foliages, and the fairy lights!

The weather was on side with the most perfect frost throughout the morning and afternoon, followed by a flurry of snow, just as guests took their seats in the wedding breakfast 🤍 The huge glass windows at meant they had the perfect view of the snowy scene whilst being surrounded by the warmth of our candles and the atmosphere of F&As day! 🥹

It was the most magical, without a Christmas cracker in site!!

It was such a privilege to bring this wonderful couple’s vision to life, with the help of our wonderful partner florist

Have you included our pretty placemats or gorgeous glass charger plates into your styling plan?

If so, don’t forget that this means there will be a limit to how many guests you can fit onto your tables.

This will be detailed on styling plan, but if you are unsure, please just ask us 🤍

They are typically 33cm in diameter, so there is a limit as to how many we can comfortably fit on a round table… and for long tables, there will be a limit along each length, but we also need to ensure that they will fit facing each other (considering the table width and your centrepieces).

Make sure to save this post as a reminder for when you are finalising your table plans 🤍
