Now We have never disappointed our customers but this has to be one of our customers to lie through their own teeth just because i asked her to drop the pots off back to me.
This woman tabassum ordered food from us for Eid day now obviously we had 2 more orders on that day so i did mention to her before hand we will be late in delivering the food, on the day she gave me a review of how the food was and told me she loved the food and said spice and flavour was perfect just how she wanted it. I did tell her she needs to drop the pots back to my house due to the taxi driver getting frustrated in waiting as he had to go in a emergency, now all our customers have never complained in dropping off anything to our house as we have had customers from Burton to drop off our pots and never complained, now she's saying she paid me for delivery but actually she went from 10 people to 6 people to order food for and total came up to £70 and i didn't charge her for delivery so i had to pay £20 to deliver her food. She's also going on that she had to wash our Pots now its not our responsibility to wash them you have to drop them off so you need to wash them. Now she's going on that I have to pay her to deliver my pots now i find that rude, why should i pay for something that its her responsibility to drop off to me regardless that she don't drive, half my customers don't drive.
Just because I asked her to drop the pots off she decided to go from giving me a good review over the phone to a bad review on my page and find it disrespectful. Our food Has always been cooked on the day and she has the nerve to say restaurant food is better then ours over a silly little thing. I will be posting the review up so you know the truth. I actually can't stand people who can lie and bring a small business down. We have never ever let our customers down, we always provide high standard food so im speaking the truth here.
On the second image she said i will put a review on whatsapp but i asked her to post on my page as it helps my business and that day she gave me a very good review so im sorry im not being rude here but why does she need to go to this extreme to lie for.
