When the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 panel came to the Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow, Conference Craft was commissioned to provide expert technical support. This high-profile hybrid event brought together influential young entrepreneurs to share their insights, requiring a flawless technical event management strategy to satisfy both the live audience and the media recording crew.

The main challenge lay in coordinating the technical setup to serve two distinct audiences simultaneously: the attendees in the room and the global viewers of the recorded content. We needed to ensure that the lighting looked natural on camera while maintaining an atmospheric mood in the venue, and that audio levels were perfect for both the PA system and the recording feeds.

The event was a complete success, achieving positive feedback from both the attendees and the Forbes media team. Not every broadcast studio starts out looking like one.

When DP World needed to host a live panel discussion for a global audience, the venue was a communal space in their London office. Our job, working alongside live media and streaming partners Oxyfire, was to turn it into something that looked and felt like a professional studio.

That's a challenge. We were working within the constraints of an office environment, but the production quality still needed to hold up for viewers watching from anywhere in the world. The lighting had to be broadcast-ready, without feeling harsh for the people in the room. The audio had to be clean and reliable for the stream, whilst still working naturally for a live audience. Everything had to be coordinated tightly between the technical team and the camera crew so the shots look right on screen.

Thanks to our 40+ years of experience in the industry, the event came together perfectly. The panel discussion broadcast successfully to a global audience, and the end result reflected DP World's brand in exactly the way they'd imagined it.

Some partnerships stand the test of time, and our work with Colosseum Dental is one we're really proud of.

For over ten years, in collaboration with W2 Events, we've been the technical team behind their annual Awards and Conference, which is held at the beautiful Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, Wales. It's a complex event to produce: the day starts as a professional conference for one of the UK's largest dental providers, and by the evening it's transformed into a full awards gala with celebrity guests, live music and DJs.

Getting that transition right (the audio, the lighting, the staging, the atmosphere) takes careful planning, a lot of experience, and a team that really knows the space. Every year, we refresh the look while keeping the Colosseum Dental brand at the heart of it all.

We’re proud to continue our sponsorship of the Ardington & Lockinge Whites Under 11s, who play in the Oxfordshire Youth Football League. Nick’s son helps coach the team, and his grandson Sammy is their captain, so it’s a real family affair.
