IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

I have always let people pay on the day for their party or visit with only taking a small deposit to secure the slot, as I know parties can become expensive and life has unexpected bills etc so by doing this parents can secure their child's party and doesn't have to worry about finding the money till the party!
Unfortunately due to a non payment for a party from another small business owner may I add this is going to change! I have messaged the person and they have been read and no reply! And I totally understand that things come up and I would never want a child to go without if full payment couldn't be made etc, i will of done the party and sorted some sort of agreement out for the remaining balance. But to go without even a message or reply and to just be ignored just makes me feel gutted and left thinking why!!
So from now on any party that has been booked the FINAL payment needs to be made 24hrs before the start of the party. If this payment has not been paid I will not be attending the party with the services you have asked for and the deposit which is non refundable will NOT be refunded.
