***A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT BOOKINGS***
To help avoid any confusion, all balloons displays must be paid for in advance.
A booking is not confirmed until the 50% non refundable deposit has been paid once that has been received your order will then be put in the dairy. We then ask for full payment to be paid 2 days before the event. We are unable to prepare or provide a display for customers who haven’t made the required payment.
Balloon displays require time, preparation and materials, all of which need organised in advance. We blow all the balloons up and make the stacks 24 hours before the day so we can make sure there are no faults and if there is we have plenty of time to correct them.
We completely understand that people get busy but we also need to protect our time and our small business.
