April Balloons Disclaimer
Payments
-Payments can be made in full or a deposit can be paid.
-Payments are taken via PayPal or Bank Transfer & once payment is received a receipt will be sent to you ectronicly. Deposits
- For orders under £80 a 50% Deposit can be paid and the remaining balance can be paid any date leading upto the booking date or on collection or delivery.
- If you are paying th
e reaming balance following your deposit on delivery or collection you also have the option to pay this in cash.
- For orders over £80 an agreed deposit amount can be taken.
- Deposits are refundable in credit note only. Changes Of Order
- Once you have chosen your display/hire, Personalisation, agreed on themes/colours and have made payment for any order, booking or hire and a receipt has been sent, you will be unable to change the order.
- Add on items to your orders are available depending on the notice provided.
- Date changes to be moved forward are available if you decide to move the event for whatever reason to a later date.
- Date changed to be moved back may be available depending on availability and notice provided however this is not garenteed. Collection
- Collection address will be provided on your receipt but can be asked for prior to booking as will times and dates agreed.
- Collection entails bringing the balloons to you at my door or car port gates and does not in include placing your balloons in or out of your vehicle. Delivery
- Delivery option is agreed before payment is taken
- Delivery Address & Date must be provided before booking can be confirmed.
- Approx. Delivery time will be agreed on booking and a more accurate time will be provided nearer your delivery date.
- Delivery to Faversham is Free.
- A small fee may apply to further out areas depending on location.
- Once delivery is agreed and booking is confirmed you may not be able to change this due to other bookings however, if I am able to help I will try my upmost.
- Delivery entails transporting your balloons to your chosen location, unload and drop off to door. If you have a booking for installation or hire then displays will be setup and installed on site at your desired location.
- If you have no parking please advise before delivery.
- Once balloons gave been delivered, collected, installed, set up and you have approved them, I will no longer be held responsible for any popping or damage that may happen to the balloons as this can be due to tamper, room temperature, being transported through doors/rooms etc which I would not be liable for
Refunds
- Cancellations for whatever reason can be made.
- If you have paid a deposit only then you can only claim back your deposit amount following a cancellation as a credit note to use at April Balloons.
- If you have paid in full you have 2 options:
• You can be given a credit note for the full amount you paid to use on any balloon displays, on any date (depending on availability) and for any event/occasion at April Balloons.
• You will be sent a receipt from April Balloons for any/all items ordered for your booking upto the point of cancellation and will be required to pay this cost in full. The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 21 Working Days from agreed cancellation.
- Refunds can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
- Credit Notes will be sent via your preferred way of contact i.e. Facebook Message, Email, WhatsApp, Post etc.. Credit Notes
- Credit Notes do not run out of date so you can use them whenever you like!
- Credit Notes can be used for any Balloon Display, Delivery, Hire or Installation including seasonal products
- Credit Notes can be used as a partial payment for orders over the credit note value.
- Credit Notes are usually sent electronically but can be posted if required.
- Credit notes can be split over a few orders if this does not exceed credit note value.
- Credit Note bookings can be made on availability only as is any order. Things to Consider
- Airfilled Latex Balloons can last a while however, like all latex balloons these will start to loose their shine within 2-12 hours depending on the humidity, room temperature and outdoor temperature. Although the balloons loose their shine within this time frame they will still be inflated and displayed as delivered or collected (providing they haven't been tampered with) for 2 days +
- Chrome Balloons loose their shine in half the time as standard latex colours.
- Helium Balloons last for various time spans depending on the material and size of the balloon being used. Please ask me for a helium time span guide if required.
- Foil balloons stay inflated with helium longer than latex balloons filled with helium.
- Balloons may pop if being tampered with, moved, placed in direct sunlight, placed in wind or rain, put in and out of vehicle's, indoor/outdoor temperature being too hot, being knocked and squeezed. This can not be helped unfortunately due to material balloons are made from so please handle with care.
- Spare balloons, glue dots and string may be provided depending on the display type incase of any accidental knocks as this can be common around children and busier events, to keep your display looking fantastic.
- Balloon weights anchor down most displays which may be made from water filled balloons, sand weights, Plastic Weights, Weight filled Boxes etc.
- Double Bubble balloons are 1 balloon stuffed inside another balloon to give a different shade of colour or to make outdoor balloons more durable.
- Balloon displays are made using string, nylon, glue and latex bands.
